Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is hiring a Manager for our Urology Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full-Time
• Work Shift: Days
• Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

What Your Day Looks Like:

As a Manager at the Urology Clinic, you will be:

• Managing the daily operations of a busy clinic consisting of providers and clinical and administrative team members.
• Implementing administrative directives and supporting compliance of clinic policies and procedures.
• Investigating and assisting in the resolution of patient concerns / grievances, and forwarding information to physicians.
• Monitoring staffing levels based on clinic workload, communicating variances, extra employees available to float, or additional staffing needs to cover employee PTO time.
• Collecting deductibles, co-insurances, and non-participating third-party payers for current visit and outstanding bills at time of service.
• Performing other clinical and non-clinical duties daily to assist with the process of providing efficient and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary degree in business or health-related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• Experience: Prior patient-facing clinical experience and 1-3 years of management experience in a clinical setting is required
• Skills: Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding; leadership
• Licensure/Certification: Varying clinical licenses and certifications will be considered
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the work shift
