Low T Center is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider in Edmond. OK.

As a Float Mid-Level Provider, you’ll have the opportunity to work across our clinics while providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Managing follow-up care and monitoring patient progress
• Educating patients on treatment plans, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
• Building strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Collaborating with Center Directors, Medical Directors, and clinic staff
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Following established clinical, compliance, and safety protocols

We’re looking for a provider who brings clinical expertise, confidence, compassion, and strong communication skills to the patient experience.

• Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing and unencumbered
• Current DEA license
• Current OBNDD license
• Ability to complete a 2-week training program consisting of 10 consecutive business days, Monday–Friday, during clinic hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work comfortably across multiple clinic locations
• Genuine interest in helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals

32 clinical hours per week

Clinical days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Clinic Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

$110,000 annual salary

We take patient safety and quality of care seriously. As part of our standard screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information prior to the provider interview.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete this verification.

All applicable licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, unencumbered, and within the provider’s scope of practice for the position.
