Job Description

Field & Channel Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field & Channel Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role leads field and channel marketing strategy across a defined region or partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on enterprise pipeline and account growth.
You’ll manage an event portfolio spanning tradeshows, executive dinners, and targeted programs rather than focusing on individual events in isolation.
The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, budget optimization, and hands-on stakeholder management.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Executives, channel teams, vendors, and partners to align programs with priority accounts and verticals.
A major part of the role is building scalable playbooks, systems, templates, and measurement frameworks that improve how the wider marketing organization operates.
You’ll also mentor colleagues, resolve complex stakeholder issues, and use performance data to continuously improve investment decisions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer to shape a growing field marketing function while directly influencing pipeline, account penetration, and team effectiveness.

Accountabilities
  • Own the field and channel event calendar and marketing strategy across a defined region or channel, managing multiple concurrent programs and stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute targeted go-to-market programs for strategic verticals and accounts, with a focus on enterprise pipeline generation and account penetration.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Executives to align event portfolios, invitations, messaging, and engagement strategies with priority accounts and verticals.

  • Design scalable playbooks for planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing tradeshows, executive dinners, and other field marketing initiatives.

  • Establish consistent pre-event, on-site, and post-event processes to improve execution and follow-up across the event portfolio.

  • Analyze event and program performance, evaluate ROI, and reallocate budgets and resources toward the formats, vendors, and activities generating the strongest results.

  • Manage a portfolio of vendor and partner relationships, including performance reviews, expectations, negotiations, and issue resolution.

  • Create standardized stakeholder processes, briefing materials, templates, and requirements documents to improve collaboration between marketing, sales, account teams, and partners.

  • Improve field marketing systems, technology, automation, and workflows to increase operational efficiency.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex vendor, partner, or internal stakeholder challenges and resolve issues before they require leadership intervention.

  • Coach and mentor other marketers on event execution, stakeholder management, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead strategic projects, communicate progress clearly to stakeholders, and drive adoption of new processes and frameworks across the wider team.

Requirements
  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or a related discipline, ideally within SaaS or technology.

  • Demonstrated experience owning a portfolio of events, a regional marketing program, or a channel-focused marketing function.

  • Proven ability to evaluate event and program ROI and make informed decisions about budget and resource allocation.

  • Experience managing multiple vendor and partner relationships, including performance discussions and escalations.

  • Track record of developing go-to-market programs for specific verticals, strategic accounts, or enterprise segments.

  • Experience building scalable systems, playbooks, templates, or processes that enable other team members to execute effectively.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Sales, Account Executives, channel teams, and external partners.

  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior marketers and providing constructive guidance through complex projects.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Comfortable operating as an escalation point and taking ownership of complex stakeholder issues.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate marketing performance data into practical recommendations.

  • Familiarity with event management platforms such as Cvent or Splash and marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.

  • Experience marketing to restaurant, financial institution, physical security, or other relevant verticals is a plus.

  • Exposure to account-based marketing, vertical-specific campaigns, enterprise marketing, or high-growth B2B SaaS environments is beneficial.

  • Eligible to work in Canada or the United States and willing to comply with applicable security and employment requirements.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation, with the US compensation range of $121,354 – $155,000 plus equity.

  • Fully remote work with flexibility across Eastern or Pacific time zones.

  • Meaningful equity participation for full-time, permanent employees.

  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support employees across their health and personal needs.

  • Monthly reimbursement for fitness, wellness, or mental health programs.

  • Growth and advancement opportunities based on contribution, initiative, and impact.

  • A collaborative culture centered on urgency, quality, teamwork, and trust.

  • Opportunities to participate in team learning, social events, and community-building activities.

  • A role with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence scalable marketing systems and processes.

  • Mentorship and cross-functional exposure across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other business teams.
