Paycom Benefits – Flex Configuration Specialist || remote in Seattle, Washington at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are looking for a Paycom Benefits Configuration Specialist with hands-on experience in Flex Configuration and supplemental benefit plan setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain supplemental/voluntary benefit plans within Paycom.
• Perform Flex Configuration for plans such as Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Life.
• Configure plan rules including eligibility, coverage tiers, rates/premiums, enrollment, effective dates, and payroll deductions.
• Support benefits implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration updates.
• Collaborate with Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and implementation teams to ensure accurate plan setup.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on Paycom Benefits Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Paycom Flex Configuration / Plan Configuration.
• Experience configuring Critical Illness or other supplemental/voluntary benefits.
• Understanding of benefits enrollment, eligibility, coverage, rates, and payroll deductions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred: Experience with Open Enrollment, carrier integrations, and benefits implementation.
