Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive clinical nutrition assessments.
– Document care using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) within the EMR system.
– Complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.
– Calculate complex tube feeding requirements.
– Provide clinical recommendations for wound healing and significant weight changes.

Candidate Requirements:
– Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD/RDN).
– Valid State Dietetic Licensure.
– Strong communication skills with a client-centered approach.
– A positive, professional attitude.
