Revidas is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight within our growing mostly remote outpatient mental health practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who enjoys supporting clinicians, driving quality care, and helping shape the future of mental health services in our community.

What You'll Do

As our Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead and support a team of therapists, social workers, and clinical staff
• Provide guidance on complex cases and treatment planning
• Promote evidence-based clinical practices and high-quality care
• Mentor clinicians and support professional development
• Facilitate individual and group supervision
• Help onboard and develop new clinicians
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive client outcomes
• Partner with leadership on program growth and service development
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and retaining top clinical talent
• Maintain a modest caseload with at least 30 billable hours per month.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted professional licensure (LICSW or LMHC)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical mental health experience
• Experience working in outpatient behavioral health settings
• Understanding of payers, including Commercial Insurance, MassHealth, and Medicare

Preferred:

• Prior clinical leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Experience mentoring clinicians and interns
• Connections to the community resources
• Telehealth experience
• Passion for developing people and fostering a supportive clinical environment
