You will own recurring revenue reporting, executive materials, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis.
The position combines financial expertise with a strong understanding of commercial and go-to-market drivers.
You will help senior leadership understand both the “what” and the “why” behind revenue performance and business trends.
The role also partners closely with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams to support important in-quarter decisions.
You will improve reporting infrastructure, strengthen data quality, and identify opportunities to make financial processes more efficient.
This is an impactful opportunity for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own recurring revenue reporting workflows, including daily and weekly file maintenance, revenue trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain executive materials for KPI reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and Senior Leadership Team meetings, including supporting slides and data files.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis on revenue movements and provide clear, concise commentary explaining performance trends and their underlying drivers.
  • Support quarterly sales target-setting by assembling bottom-up data, reconciling it against top-down forecasts, and identifying risks and opportunities for leadership discussion.

  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis for Revenue, GTM, and Commercial leadership to support in-quarter decision-making and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain and enhance core financial reporting infrastructure by improving accuracy, reducing manual work, and creating greater consistency across deliverables.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams to understand business drivers and translate them into meaningful financial insights.
  • Apply rigorous quality checks to reporting and analysis, identifying anomalies, verifying data integrity, and ensuring outputs are accurate and executive-ready.
  • Exercise independent judgment when prioritizing analyses and sequencing deliverables to maximize value for commercial leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to independently build, troubleshoot, and maintain complex reporting models and files.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to work across multiple data sources, reconcile discrepancies, and identify meaningful business trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and create concise commentary for executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting, including KPI reviews, Board materials, and Senior Leadership Team presentations.
  • Ability to quickly understand existing processes and deliver high-quality work reliably with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience in commercial finance or sales finance, preferably within a high-growth, technology, or advertising technology environment.
  • Strong commercial finance acumen and curiosity about the underlying business drivers behind financial results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate operational and commercial information into financial context.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits:
  • CAD 125,000–150,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) for Canada-based employees, including a 10% bonus paid quarterly.
  • Full compensation package including equity.
  • Health, vision, and dental benefits based on country of residence.
  • Fully remote work within British Columbia, Pacific timezone.
  • Opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events, with attendance expected at least once per quarter.
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative working environment.
  • Structured opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Employee well-being benefits and additional perks based on country of residence.
