Fullstack Developer (Java,React)

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise SaaS applications with a strong focus on backend engineering and distributed systems.
  • Build high-performance backend services using Java to support transaction-heavy and high-throughput environments.
  • Contribute to frontend development using React to deliver seamless and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Develop end-to-end features across the full technology stack while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Design and implement APIs using an API-first approach for internal services and third-party integrations.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external platforms, partners, and service providers.
  • Participate in technical architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across core platform services.
  • Contribute to improving engineering standards, development workflows, and operational processes.
  • Support secure and efficient data exchange across services and distributed systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong professional experience in backend engineering using Java as a core programming language.
  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or Fullstack Engineer with exposure to React or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Experience building and maintaining distributed systems and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of backend architecture, scalability, system reliability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience designing and developing APIs with an API-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, external APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Experience working with transaction-heavy or high-throughput systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern software engineering practices.
  • Understanding of security and compliance considerations within financial or sensitive-data systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
