  • Monitor fintech industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to strengthen strategic positioning and customer partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and AI-driven efficiency across the client success organization.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C client success, account management, or related customer-facing leadership roles.
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams responsible for enterprise-level client portfolios.
  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise portfolios with accountability for retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize high-performing client success operations in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
  • Deep understanding of revenue expansion strategies, long-term account management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, including experience implementing scalable processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, credit, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
