About the Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR department by managing essential data tracking and administrative functions that ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is responsible for maintaining critical leadership dashboards, coordinating new hire onboarding as needed, and managing accurate employee records to enhance employee satisfaction and compliance. The coordinator acts as a trusted liaison between employees and management, fostering positive employee relations while ensuring adherence to payroll tracking and company policies. By maintaining confidentiality and managing HRIS systems such as ADP, the coordinator safeguards sensitive information and streamlines HR workflows. Ultimately, this role contributes to building a productive, collaborative, and compliant workplace environment that supports the organizational goals of JNR Adjustment Company.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 to 4 years of professional experience in a dedicated human resources or advanced office administrative role.

Proven experience with HRIS systems, specifically ADP, or similar platforms.

High proficiency and advanced technical capabilities in Microsoft Excel (data formatting, formulas, spreadsheet management).

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and tact.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working closely with recruitment teams to track internal program milestones, such as employee referral bonuses.

Experience collaborating with finance teams on payroll data entry, hour tracking, and report verification.

Prior experience working in a fast-paced HR environment supporting multiple functions dynamically based on business volume.

Familiarity with maintaining and updating complex tracking spreadsheets directly for executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, audit, and update complex Excel tracking spreadsheets and dashboards to provide clear visibility and accurate data metrics directly to executive leadership.

Partner closely with the Recruitment team to track eligibility and milestones for the internal Referral Bonus Program, ensuring accurate bonus payouts.

Utilize ADP to manage day-to-day employee updates, system workflows, and administrative HRIS tasks.

Support the department dynamically based on business volume by processing background checks, verifying employment eligibility, preparing offer letters, and leading new hire orientation sessions.

Assist the finance team with payroll data entry, hour tracking, and report verification while acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding health insurance, benefits, tax info, and direct deposits.

Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure data accuracy and maintain the absolute integrity and confidentiality of all employee information.

Skills:

The required skills such as high proficiency in ADP and other HRIS systems are essential for managing employee databases and streamlining HR processes efficiently.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel tracking ensures that leadership dashboards and referral bonus metrics are updated with precision.

Knowledge of payroll data entry and benefits administration guides daily collaboration with the finance team to support employee inquiries accurately.

Strong employee relations skills facilitate empathetic, clear communication and effective resolution of workplace issues, contributing to a positive work environment.

Maintaining strict confidentiality is critical in handling sensitive employee records, fostering trust, diplomacy, and integrity within the HR function.
