Description:

Alliance Workforce Management is hiring Production Training Coordinators to support a leading food manufacturing facility in Owasso. This role is essential for onboarding new employees, delivering training, and ensuring all learning activities meet company standards, safety requirements, and operational expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new probationary employees during onboarding.
  • Deliver hands-on and classroom training or coordinate with supervisors to assign trainers.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with new hires to monitor progress, answer questions, and reinforce expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, evaluations, and training milestones.
  • Evaluate employee proficiency, safety awareness, and readiness before releasing them to independent work.
  • Create, update, and manage training modules, learning events, and assessments using Alchemy.
  • Identify training gaps through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and supervisor feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR to address staffing needs and support employee development.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of training principles, employee development, and onboarding processes.
  • Understanding of organizational planning, coordination, and leadership techniques.
  • Ability to assess employee needs and evaluate satisfaction or performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; ability to create training materials and presentations.
  • Experience with Alchemy preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in staffing, manufacturing training, or HR-related roles.
Language Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to apply basic math concepts such as percentages, ratios, fractions, and proportions.
Reasoning & Problem-Solving
  • Ability to analyze information, follow structured instructions, and resolve issues using practical judgment.
  • Capable of interpreting written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday.
  • Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
  • No travel required.

Requirements: Work Environment
  • Work performed in both office and production settings.
  • Office environment: climate-controlled (68°F–72°F), clean, standard air quality.
  • Production environment: cold or hot, climate-controlled between –40°F and 45°F, with consistent noise exposure.
  • Required PPE includes smocks, rubber-soled shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing protection, and hard hats.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and stooping.
  • Ability to shift between multiple tasks and environments throughout the shift.
  • Adequate depth perception and visual accuracy for safe positioning of materials and equipment.
