This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior P&C Insurance Operations Analyst based in the United States.
This role offers an opportunity to support critical insurance operations across multiple Property & Casualty lines in a fast-paced business services environment.
You will play an important part in ensuring insurance submissions, policy documentation, and operational requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
The position combines analytical work, documentation management, follow-up activities, and close attention to client-specific requirements.
You will help maintain organized records, monitor outstanding items, and support timely resolution of operational requests.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliable execution, and the ability to manage sensitive insurance information with accuracy.
You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders while working within established processes, service standards, and compliance requirements.

- Review, validate, and process insurance submissions across a range of Property & Casualty lines, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
- Manage policy-related documentation, including filing, organizing, storing, and maintaining submission records.
- Maintain accurate trackers for loss run requests and monitor outstanding items through completion.
- Send collection chasers and conduct timely follow-ups on pending documentation, information, and requests.
- Review work carefully to identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies before processing.
- Ensure all activities are completed accurately, within required timelines, and in accordance with client-specific procedures and guidelines.
- Support day-to-day insurance operations by maintaining organized records and providing reliable administrative and analytical assistance.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and keep submissions and policy-related activities moving forward.
- Contribute to consistent service quality by following established workflows and maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Insurance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in U.S. insurance operations, with exposure to submissions, policy administration, underwriting support, or related activities.
- Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of CGL, MPL, A&E, and Excess Lines is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data accuracy.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to track multiple pending items and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating requests and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively within established processes while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced insurance operations environment.
- Candidates who are available to start immediately are preferred.
