Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across the office while reporting to the HR department. This role is essential to maintaining a well-functioning, responsive, and professional work environment by providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and assisting with employee-related processes.
This position will interact with employees at all levels and external partners, ensuring efficient operations and a positive experience across the organization. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting multiple functions, and is eager to grow within administrative or HR-related responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve as a central point of contact for day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
- Maintain office organization, including supplies, common areas, and overall workplace functionality
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, conference rooms, and general office logistics
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding preparation and employee documentation
- Assist with new hire Day 1 logistics and support employee-related processes as needed
- Maintain accurate records and organize documentation efficiently
- Support internal communications and help ensure timely information flow across the organization
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Communicate professionally with:
- Internal stakeholders (team members, leadership, hiring managers)
- External partners (vendors, staffing agencies, service providers)
- Manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing business needs in a high-demand environment
- Demonstrate strong follow-through to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Identify and support opportunities to improve administrative and office processes
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide responsive, high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar tools
