What You'll Do
As a Healthcare Business Development Associate, you'll help expand patient access by developing referral relationships, supporting outreach initiatives, and representing IPI throughout the community.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities within assigned markets.
- Represent IPI at networking events, community functions, and outreach activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and business development efforts.
- Coordinate event participation and maintain outreach calendars.
- Gather and communicate feedback from referral partners and community contacts.
- Track outreach activities and provide regular progress updates.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to support organizational growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare business development, community outreach, customer service, fundraising, or a related field required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills required.
- Public speaking and presentation abilities required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Experience with marketing, communications, event planning, or project coordination preferred.
- Builds lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Communicates confidently in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Takes initiative and works independently to achieve goals.
- Stays organized while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Represents the organization professionally and positively in the community.
