Shift and Pay : M-F 4PM - 1230 AM | $25.00

About the Role

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an energetic Production Floor Lead to join our team in Lititz! In this role, you will guide and motivate our production line team, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Train: Guide, train, and support line workers to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Maintain Safety & Quality: Ensure all safety policies and GMP quality guidelines are followed.
• Monitor Production: Track production line rates and perform continuous product inspections.
• Manage Systems & Records: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track data, complete reconciliation, and turn in timely paperwork.
• Collaborate: Partner with plant management and other departments to reach operational goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 6 months of warehouse production or related experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Solid computer skills and experience with or ability to learn WMS software.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, and bend throughout your shift, and frequently lift up to 25–40 lbs.
