Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst (Strategy & Innovation) – Expert (PGS) in Springfield, Virginia at PROCLEARED LLC

Serve as consultant to the Government-led team commercially available solutions to enable efforts to provide an integrated customer service experience and deliver world-class content and services. Use innovative approaches and non-traditional methodologies to solve customer problems and develop new capabilities. Identifies and exploits the innovation of others, including industry, partners and customer communities. Develop follow-on acquisition strategies to obtain critical skills sets to augment Government workforce. Work at this level involves an extraordinary degree of specialized knowledge or expertise performing highly complex and ambiguous assignments that normally require integration and synthesis of a number of unrelated disciplines and disparate concepts.

Duties May Include:

· Provide expertise and supporting collaborative teams of multi-functional resources in the delivery of specific projects, and deliver world-class geospatial knowledge, content, and services.

· Analyze and evaluate new emergent technologies for opportunity and application to NGA.

· Facilitate rapid mainstreaming of new capabilities in fixed and expeditionary environments.

· Provide expertise to align technical requirement with acquisition strategies.

· Provide technical and acquisition expertise to support multi-function teams.

· Support the implementation of new strategies to expedite prototype agile acquisitions.

Use industry trend knowledge to influence acquisition and technology for problem identification and problem definition for new capability adoption.

Required Skills:

· TS/SCI

· Industry leader with exceptional expertise relevant to field, compliant with GSA standards

· Experience providing support to Major System Acquisitions with a strong technical background and Program Manager in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.

· Two (2) years or more of Program Management experience managing projects within the IC.

Desired Skills:

· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Masters’ Degree and/or industry certifications associated with Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related Program management.
