The Account Performance Manager is a positive and energetic salesperson who loves the automotive business. This role is directly responsible for working within defined territories. A lot of phone time is required piecing auction deals together, calling customers, developing relationships, signing up new dealers, and providing general sales support to the sales team.

What You Will Do:

  • Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase business

  • Actively work the phones to increase awareness of our product with our customer base

  • Sign up new dealers and train on our EBlock app and website

  • Work in a team environment with your dedicated outside sales team

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by taking immediate action independently or referring customers to the appropriate manager

  • Persuasively explain to customers and prospective customers how the company’s products and services can reduce their costs and enhance their businesses

  • Provide customer training as required

  • Keep up-to-date with information about product and service innovations, the changing needs of customers, market conditions, and competitors, and adjust sales strategy accordingly

  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and carry out other administrative duties associated with the sales function

  • Coordinate general sales/customer service functions such as transport, collecting titles, auditing vehicle listings, etc.


What You Will Need:

  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred.

  • Experience in the car auction/auto industry business an asset

  • Two or more years of previous management experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities

  • Bilingual in French highly desired

  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes

  • Strong customer service skills and telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly

  • Able to follow instructions and work using your own initiative


Working Conditions:

  • This position has flexibility to work remotely

  • Ability to attend and conduct meetings

  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals

  • Overtime as required

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $48,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
