Parma Tavern is seeking Hosts and Hostesses to join our Front of House team. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and genuinely enjoy taking care of people.

We're a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving shareable snacks, artisan pizzas and salads, and tavern classics. Guests gather on our world-famous patio to enjoy craft cocktails, great food, and memorable experiences with friends, family, and neighbors.

As a Host, you will be the first and last impression of our restaurant. Your hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail help create an outstanding guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Manage wait lists and seating assignments
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
• Coordinate table flow with managers and service staff
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand
• Assist with guest requests and support the Front of House team
• Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere

• Previous host, customer service, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible availability preferred
• Weekend availability is required
• Day, evening, and holiday availability may be required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $12-$14 per hour based on experience
