RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a warm and welcoming first impression by greeting guests with genuine hospitality.
• Engage guests courteously while seating them efficiently and introducing them to their server.
• Manage wait lists during high-volume periods, communicating accurate wait times and setting clear expectations.
• Support smooth dining room flow by coordinating seating and assisting with table maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area, ensuring tables are ready for incoming guests.
• Thank guests sincerely and warmly as they depart and invite them to return.
• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to support a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training, read shift notes, attend meetings, and consistently uphold company policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
