The Partner Marketing Director will own the partner go-to-market strategy, ensuring that partner programs are impactful, repeatable, and aligned with business growth objectives. This role requires a strategic leader who can build strong relationships, create compelling positioning, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Develop and own partner marketing strategies, messaging, and value propositions that communicate the benefits of building solutions within the partner ecosystem.
- Create joint go-to-market plans, co-selling motions, and partner enablement resources that allow partner teams to effectively engage customers.
- Build scalable partner assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, campaign materials, and demo narratives.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner teams, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align priorities and accelerate pipeline generation.
- Establish measurement frameworks for partner performance, including partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, deal engagement, and program effectiveness.
- Lead partner enablement initiatives to increase adoption and ensure teams have the resources needed to execute successfully.
- Support strategic partner events, industry engagements, and in-person collaboration opportunities with approximately 15% travel.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, research capabilities, content development, and operational processes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and experienced partner marketing professional with a strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market motions, ecosystem development, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, or partner go-to-market roles, with ownership of strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to build and scale partner or channel GTM programs from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of agency, system integrator, and technology partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs and influencing teams without direct authority.
- Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and value-selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Experience creating partner enablement materials and programs that drive measurable adoption.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to executives, partners, and external audiences.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, automation, and marketing execution.
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Leadership, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Preferred experience in enterprise software, MarTech, digital experience platforms, content management systems, AI-related technologies, or open-source ecosystems.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $174,000 – $200,000 USD, based on experience, location, skills, and qualifications.
