Every day, we help keep construction crews, utility workers, and the traveling public safe by ensuring the right personnel are in the right place at the right time.
We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our team during our evening shift. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and communicate well under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating certified flaggers for utility, roadway, and construction projects throughout New England. You'll work directly with contractors, utility companies, and our field employees to ensure every job is staffed accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls, emails, and scheduling requests from customers.
* Scheduling and dispatching certified flaggers to job sites across New England.
* Coordinating last-minute callouts, schedule changes, and emergency staffing requests.
* Communicating with field employees regarding assignments, shift confirmations, and schedule updates.
* Monitoring staffing levels to ensure all customer requests are filled efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate scheduling records and updating scheduling software.
* Working closely with the daytime scheduling team to ensure seamless shift handoffs.
* Providing outstanding customer service while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and enjoys solving problems quickly. This role requires someone who can multitask, communicate professionally, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3–5 years of scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or related experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Comfortable making decisions independently.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Teams).
* Ability to learn scheduling software and adapt to new technology.
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple phone calls, emails, and scheduling requests simultaneously.
Why Join All State Flagging?
* Supportive and collaborative team environment
* Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a critical role
* Fast-paced work where no two days are the same
If you're looking for a role where you can make a difference, enjoy solving problems, and be part of a team dedicated to keeping New England's roads and work zones safe, we'd love to hear from you.
