  • Identify execution risks, delivery challenges, and organizational dependencies while leading mitigation strategies and escalation processes.
  • Provide executive-level communication through clear reporting on progress, risks, confidence levels, decisions, and business impact.
  • Leverage AI-enabled workflows, automation, and scalable operating models to improve delivery speed, transparency, and execution quality.
  • Support the evolution of technical program management practices across complex enterprise initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading enterprise-scale technical programs, with the ability to influence across teams, manage ambiguity, and connect technical execution with business outcomes.

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs within SaaS, cloud, platform, enterprise software, or related technology environments.

  • Strong ability to transform strategy into actionable execution through planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and measurable results.
  • Advanced systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to connect architecture, technical delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture leaders on technical decisions, platform dependencies, and delivery priorities.

  • Demonstrated success managing executive communications, decision frameworks, risk assessments, and outcome reporting.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without relying on direct authority.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments while creating structure, clarity, and momentum.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing products or platforms through launch, adoption, and operational readiness.
