As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and our internal team. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, takes pride in accurate work, and understands the importance of making every customer interaction professional, helpful, and efficient.
Location: Englewood, Colorado
Salary Range
$65,000 - $80,000 annually
Hours
6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Promptly answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Exercise independent judgment to evaluate customer needs and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Make judgment-based recommendations to improve customer service processes and order accuracy.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and delivery status.
- Perform order entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information.
- Exemplify and uphold the company’s values of quality and customer service.
- Build professional relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Accurately manage and enter customer orders received through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, email, text messages, mobile applications, and other online ordering platforms.
- Collaborate closely with plant managers to coordinate schedules, support timely order fulfillment, and ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Computer literate with the ability to accurately input customer orders into the company’s ordering system, communicate with clients by email, and use computer-based tools to support daily customer service responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Exhibits the key attributes needed for success in a customer service role, including patience, resilience, empathy, conscientiousness, compartmentalization, task switching, discipline, emotional awareness, and integrity.
