About the Role: Community-Focused & Results-Driven
The Brand Ambassador is a jack-of-all-trades community and marketing role. You'll be the human face of Sacred Society out in the world at events, on the street, in conversations, and on camera. You'll work directly with the Marketing Lead and Director of Operations to bring people into our community, support our marketing monetization plan, and help Sacred Society show up everywhere it should be.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5. Events happen on weekends. Opportunities come up unexpectedly. The right person thrives on variety, moves with energy, and genuinely loves people.
What You'll Do
Events & Community Presence
Represent Sacred Society at external events — wellness expos, farmers markets, festivals, neighborhood pop-ups, and moreWork with the Director of Operations and Marketing Lead to identify and vet event opportunities across DenverSet up and man the Sacred Society booth, engage attendees, and convert interest into bookings and membershipsRepresent the brand at Sacred Society's own events, ceremonies, and special gatheringsBuild relationships with local businesses, studios, gyms, cafes, and complementary brands for cross-promotion and community partnershipsResponsible for planning and executing a minimum of one community marketing or tabling event per month. This includes identifying partnership opportunities, securing event locations, coordinating logistics, and managing event execution from start to finish. Collaborates with 1–2 team members as needed based on event size, scope, and location to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and community relationships.Grassroots & Guerrilla Marketing
Execute grassroots marketing initiatives in Denver neighborhoods — flyering, street-level activations, pop-up moments, and word-of-mouth campaignsTake the lead from concept and execute community marketing strategies that bring new audiences into Sacred Society's orbitGrow the Sacred Society email and community list through in-person touchpoints and eventsContent & Social Media
Capture content at events and in the studio — primarily short-form video for TikTok and InstagramAppear on camera as a brand presence, comfortable and natural in front of the lensWork with the Marketing Lead on social content strategy and asset deliveryStudio & Community
Attend Sacred Society classes regularly weekly and build genuine relationships with practitioners and community membersEmbody the Sacred Society brand in your presence, energy, and values — both inside and outside the studioSupport and drive membership sign-ups, retail sales, and event ticket sales as part of the studio's marketing monetization planWho You Are
