  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and evolving AI governance requirements to refine sales strategies and customer advisory approaches.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting, and account planning activities to ensure predictable business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in enterprise software sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • 3+ years of experience selling security, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or related enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges, security considerations, governance requirements, and risks associated with AI agents and LLM-based workflows.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs, identify business opportunities, and develop compelling value propositions for executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in overlay sales, specialist sales, or co-selling models with account executives and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers across diverse markets.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to build credibility and long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
  • Familiarity with APAC business environments, procurement processes, and technology adoption trends across markets such as Australia, Singapore, Japan, India, and South Korea.
  • Experience navigating regulated industries and understanding regional AI governance or compliance frameworks is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with distributed global teams.
  • Formal sales methodologies training such as Command of the Message or MEDDPICC is considered an advantage.
