We're looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist who is the first friendly face and voice our clients meet. You'll keep a busy front desk running smoothly, support our doctors with estimates, and make sure every client leaves feeling heard and well taken care of. What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients warmly, check them in and out, and keep the lobby calm and welcoming.
• Answer a busy multi-line phone, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions with patience and accuracy.
• Assist doctors by preparing treatment estimates and walking clients through them clearly, so they understand the plan and the cost before care begins.
• Process payments, reconcile the drawer, and handle invoices and receipts accurately.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in our practice management software.
• Coordinate with technicians and doctors to keep the schedule moving and clients informed of wait times.
• Handle prescription refill requests, records transfers, and client follow-up calls.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and stocked.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to stay warm, calm, and professional with every client, including during stressful or emotional visits.
• Experience multitasking in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, juggling the phone, the lobby, and the doctors at the same time.
• Comfort talking about money with clients and explaining estimates in plain language.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with scheduling, records, and payments.
• A team-first attitude and clear communication with teammates.
• Prior veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus.
• Experience with Cornerstone practice management software is a plus.
• Genuine compassion for animals and the people who love them.
