Job Description
$21-$24 per hour
AGI is hiring motivated Appointment Setters who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working toward measurable goals.
This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Unlike a traditional inbound customer service position, this role includes both customer support and proactive outreach. Team members communicate with prospective customers, answer questions, identify needs, gather information, and help schedule qualified appointments.
Compensation$21–$24 per hour

Compensation:$45,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities:
- Speak with prospective and existing customers
- Provide information about available services and programs
- Ask qualifying questions
- Update customer information
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Help schedule qualified appointments
- Maintain accurate notes and records
- Participate in training and coaching
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and team goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and notes.
- Experience with CRM software or willingness to learn new systems quickly is beneficial, but not mandatory.
