Bond, CO - Construction Inspector- 1099 Contractor
Minimum years of experience: 0. This is a 1099 contract position paid on a flat rate basis based on project type. Inspectors complete residential and commercial construction progress inspections on behalf of banks and lenders, documenting site conditions with photos and a brief report through the Pruvan mobile app. No prior construction experience required, training provided. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable traveling within a 25 to 50 mile radius of their local area. Flexible schedule, work is assigned based on availability, typically 2 to 7 inspections per month depending on volume.
