Production Associate (Levels I–III) – Manufacturing / Filling / Batching – $17–$24/hr based on experience

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (in person)
Location: 6036 Nature Coast Blvd., Brooksville, FL 34602
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Start and end times may shift earlier or later as needed, and some Saturdays are required.

What You’ll Do

• Run filling, capping, labeling, and packaging lines for sealers, cleaners, and polymeric sand
• Weigh, measure, and add raw materials to batches by following batch tickets exactly (Level II+)
• Palletize, wrap, and stage finished goods; move materials safely (forklift at Level II+)
• Do in-process quality checks on fill weights, labels, lot codes, and seals, and flag problems right away
• Fill out production records accurately (we’re are ISO 9001 certified)
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots)
• Keep your area clean and organized (5S) and help with changeovers and cleanup

• Production Associate I: No manufacturing experience needed. You learn our lines, safety rules, and quality checks. Move up by running one machine or owning one process area with 90 days of solid attendance and a clean safety record.
• Production Associate II: You can run one or two machines (forklift counts as one) or you reliably own a process area. You help train new hires. Move up by getting proficient on three or more machines, including forklift, or becoming the go-to in two or more areas.
• Production Associate III: You run any station, troubleshoot equipment, batch independently, and coach others. This is the pipeline for Team Lead roles.
