We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate high-quality outbound leads for our sales team. Your merchandising background gives you instant credibility -- you'll be speaking the language of your prospects before they've even asked a question.

You'll be selling a portfolio that is purpose-built for the world you came from:

- Merchandising App -- the most advanced field execution and compliance tool on the market. Real-time task management, photo capture, audit reporting, and store-level analytics.

- Planogram Repository and Services -- centralized planogram management, version control, and compliance tracking across retail networks.

- Category Management and BI Tools -- powerful analytics that turn shelf data into strategic decisions for category managers and brand teams.

- CRM and Data Visualization -- tools that surface the right insight at the right time, for field teams and head office alike.


What You'll Do

- Outbound Outreach -- targeted outreach via email and cold calls to engage potential clients.

- Prospect and Qualify Leads -- identify brands, retailers, and third-party merchandisers who benefit from our platform.

- Educate and Engage -- communicate our value proposition, focusing on fast ROI and competitive advantages.

- Set Up Meetings -- book qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.

- CRM and Reporting -- maintain accurate records, track performance, and optimize outreach strategies.

- Collaborate -- work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings field experience and is hungry to apply it in a commercial role:

- 1-3 years as a merchandiser, field rep, reset specialist, or in-store execution role (agency or brand side).

- Strong communicator who can translate field realities into compelling business conversations.

- Comfortable picking up the phone, sending targeted emails, and building a pipeline.

- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus -- we'll train you.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and high rewards.

- B2B or SaaS sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement -- your domain knowledge is the differentiator.
