We are Encore Auctions, London's largest online auction of new, returned, undeliverable and overstocked items from several major online retailers. What is an Order Fulfillment Specialist?

Delivering winnings is the final leg of the auction journey for our customers. An Order Fulfillment Specialists (OFS) is the last smiling face a bidder will see as they head out the warehouse with their haul of winning lots.

This role requires dynamic, high-energy folks with a customer-focused attitude. They are on a deadline to ensure orders are filled quickly and with precision. Customers have arrived at their appointment time so an OFS needs to be quick and attentive. You do need to be able to lift 50-60 lbs regularly, sometimes finding an item in the warehouse can be like looking for a needle in a haystack and you do need to maintain a steady pace to be successful. This role may not be for everyone- you are on a tight deadline and you are held accountable to meeting your targets.

From time to time, you will help support with other warehouse functions as needed; loading and unloaded shipments from the suppliers, helping move merchandise within the warehouse and participate in general cleanliness.

Consistent attendance, speed, physically able to maintain the requirements of the role, reliability, and level of maturity that will show commitment to your work, your employer and your team. You are fast, efficient, focused and take pride in your ‘can do’ positive attitude. You are accustomed to a busy warehouse and can handle some pressure.

A final note....

Working in a warehouse involves a range of physical duties that can be physically demanding. This can involve moving items and boxes varying in size and weight anywhere from a few pounds to over 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods of time while keeping the workplace clean and safe. Our business runs quickly and so must our employees. The warehouse is not climate-controlled - it does get hot in the summer and cool in the winter. You may also be exposed to dust. This role starts at a Level 1 hourly rate of $17.60 per hour but has an achievable salary incentive to earn $20.00 and $22.00 per hour based on meeting performance benchmarks. In addition, after three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single of Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included. Encore pays 50% of your premiums and provided life insurance and AD&D.
