Role Description
Cancelled Breaks is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrative Assistant to support onboarding, employee setup, and day-to-day HR operations for our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through matter. Responsibilities- Manage onboarding tasks and employee setup through Rippling
- Ensure hiring paperwork and employee documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with new hires regarding onboarding steps and missing information
- Maintain organized and accurate employee records
- Assist with employee updates including pay changes, job information, and account setup
- Support payroll information review and identify discrepancies when needed
- Respond to employee questions related to HR processes and documentation
- Assist with policy acknowledgments and internal administrative projects
- Help maintain organization and accuracy across HR systems and records
- Support the HR department with additional operational tasks as needed
- Minimum of 1 year in HR or Administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous administrative experience
- Rippling experience is a plus
