Mental Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support systems to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources
- Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in mental health therapy
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, Community Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent
- Proven experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
