Coordinator of Career Services at Jamestown Community College (NY) – Jamestown, New York

This position is full-time for 42 weeks and part-time at 15 hrs/week for 10 weeks. This position supports the development and implementation of student career readiness, career services, and employment development experiences college-wide through collaboration with all credit-bearing academic programs and Workforce Readiness as well as responsiveness to the needs of regional employers.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant area plus a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to demonstrate ability to successfully perform the job.. Excellent written and oral communication skills and group presentation skills; facility with software packages; ability to function with minimal supervision. Commitment to providing excellent customer service, problem solving, budget management, supervisory and organizational skills. Experience in developing and maintaining business relationships. Travel within the region and occasional out-of-area travel.

Travel to other JCC sites will be required. Potential opportunity for hybrid (remote/on-campus) work arrangement.
