About the role

Cheeky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing · Cumming, GA · Full time, in office

No cold calls. No door knocking. Every call you make is to a homeowner who already invited us in.

Cheeky is a fast-growing heating, cooling and plumbing company serving North Georgia. Every day our technicians and comfort consultants leave homes with repairs and new systems the customer wanted but didn't buy yet. Your job is to call them back, answer their questions and get the work booked. We're hiring two Inside Sales Reps to own that follow-up.

What you'll do

• Follow up on unsold repair quotes and new-system proposals
• Re-book cancelled and unbooked appointments
• Sell memberships and book maintenance visits from our customer base
• Make "happy calls" to check in after completed work
• Set appointments for our Techs when a customer wants to see someone in person
• Plan your day by the hour, track every call in ServiceTitan, and hit daily targets
• Ride along with our techs and salespeople so you know exactly what you're selling

What you'll earn

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped spiffs on every sale you drive
• On-target earnings of $70,000–$80,000 a year
• Paid, structured training: a full 10-day onboarding, scripts, role-plays and ongoing coaching
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule, Flexible hours: we schedule around when customers actually pick up

What you bring

• Persistence. You don't quit after a few calls. You keep going until the customer says yes or asks you to stop.
• Empathy. You genuinely get what the homeowner wants or needs and why it matters to them.
• A will to win. You're competitive and want to top the leaderboard.
• A love of numbers. You track your pick-up, contact and close rates and always want them higher.
• A hunger to learn. You take coaching and get better every month.
• Flexibility. You'll adjust your hours to call when customers are home.
• Team spirit. You'll be in every tech and CSR meeting, sharing what you're seeing.
• Comfort with databases and Excel, and the creativity to use a script and still sound like yourself
• 1+ year in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting or another commission-based role (home services or ServiceTitan a plus)
