What You'll Do
As a Specialized Heavy Haul Driver, you will lead the safe and efficient transport of unique, over-dimensional loads across our regional network.

• Operate Specialized Fleets: Drive top-tier truck and trailer setups, including multi-axle flatbeds, step-decks, lowboys, and RGNs.
• Haul Elite Cargo: Safely transport high-value customer cargo like cranes, manufacturing machinery, mining components, bridge beams, and crane girders utilizing specialized steering dollies.
• Manage Loads: Efficiently execute securement, loading, and unloading processes to guarantee material integrity.
• Ensure Compliance: Conduct meticulous pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections while accurately logging routes and hours.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for specialized professionals who live within a 100-mile radius of our yard in Lebanon, TN, and meet the following criteria:

• Licensed Professionals: Valid Class A CDL with a pristine, clean driving record.
• Heavy Haul Expertise: Proven experience in heavy transport with strong multi-axle and manual transmission skills.
• Specialized Know-How: Core knowledge of shimming Removable Gooseneck (RGN) trailers.
• Equipment Capability: Ability to safely operate machinery for loading and unloading purposes is highly preferred.
