We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and service-driven Assistant Administrator to support the delivery of exceptional in-home care services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both Clients and Employees. This role is central to ensuring Clients receive consistent, high-quality care while serving as a key communication hub between Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and referral partners.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead as a Financial and Reporting Analyst:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead as a Financial and Reporting Analyst

Drive Financial Visibility

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports

· Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover meaningful trends

Build the Future with Data

· Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning

· Partner with departments to deliver accurate, actionable projections

Own the Story Behind the Numbers

· Perform budget vs. actual analysis

· Investigate variances and provide clear, strategic insights to leadership

Support Month-End Excellence

· Collaborate with accounting on a smooth, accurate close

· Prepare accruals, review general ledger activity, and reconcile accounts

Strengthen Daily Operations

· Assist with bank reconciliations and ERP data integrity

· Serve as a trusted internal resource for financial inquiries

Influence Strategy

· Contribute to special projects, business cases, and leadership initiatives

· Deliver ad-hoc analysis that drives informed decision-making

Improve How We Work

· Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting tools

· Implement best practices that increase efficiency and accuracy

Ensure Compliance & Control

· Uphold financial policies, controls, and accounting standards

· Support audits and proactively manage financial risk

  • Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
  • Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or related finance roles
  • Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget-to-actual variance analysis
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end close processes, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to leadership and operational teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in multi-entity, multi-location, or high-growth organizations
  • Experience supporting audits, internal controls, and compliance activities
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and reporting efficiencies
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or related certification preferred
