Job Description

Goodwill of Central East Texas is seeking an organized, dependable, and service-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. This role plays an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting administrative processes, coordinating communication, and helping teams stay organized and on track.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in strong organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, scheduling, and shared office spaces
  • Support leadership and teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational coordination
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, donation pickup requests, and community inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Track operational details including training records, meeting follow-ups, and organizational metrics
  • Assist with projects, team communication, meetings, and event logistics
  • Maintain organized office operations, supplies, and administrative systems
  • Provide professional front-office support while helping ensure a positive experience for staff, partners, and community members
