Job Summary:
The Automation Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and supporting robotic machinery and automation equipment. This role involves working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical components to build robotic and automation systems according to engineering specifications and production schedules.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assemble automation machinery, panels, conveyors, and subassemblies using engineering drawings and work instructions
- Install mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
- Perform wiring, cable routing, and component mounting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues
- Test equipment functionality and assist with system startup
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional walking, twisting/turning, stooping/bending, pushing/pulling, squatting, reaching above the shoulder.
- Frequent standing, repetitive hand/wrist movement, forearm rotation.
- Ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, and moving of materials
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
