Client Partner, Real-World Evidence

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, life sciences strategy, and advanced analytics, helping biopharma organizations unlock the full value of real-world data and evidence. The Client Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them in the adoption of real-world evidence solutions that support regulatory submissions, market access, and clinical development decisions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs with scalable data, AI, and analytics offerings that drive measurable impact. This position requires strong commercial acumen, scientific understanding, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with HEOR, RWE, and clinical leaders while identifying new growth opportunities across accounts. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, high-impact environment at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for real-world evidence and analytics solutions, from prospecting and pipeline development to deal closure and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting biopharma and life sciences organizations investing in RWE, HEOR, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including HEOR, RWE, Market Access, and Clinical Development leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, science, and data) to build tailored RWE solution proposals aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and business cases showcasing the value of real-world data, AI-enabled analytics, and evidence generation platforms.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM pipeline management, and reporting to support revenue visibility and growth planning.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and across new market segments.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of successful sales or client partnership experience in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or data/analytics environments.
  • Strong expertise in real-world evidence (RWE), real-world data (RWD), HEOR, or related evidence-generation domains.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with scientific and commercial audiences.
  • Strong understanding of RWE methodologies, use cases across the product lifecycle, and healthcare evidence needs.
  • Experience selling AI-driven, analytics, or data platform solutions is highly valuable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage C-level and scientific stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM discipline with experience in pipeline forecasting and revenue management.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences market dynamics, regulatory expectations, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical, scientific, and commercial teams.
