This role is focused on driving growth and adoption of women’s health pharmaceutical products through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals across an assigned territory. You will be responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with prescribers and delivering compelling, science-backed product education that supports informed prescribing decisions. The position combines strategic territory planning with hands-on field execution, requiring consistent outreach, high-energy engagement, and strong consultative selling skills. You will analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed performance objectives. Working in a highly competitive healthcare environment, you will collaborate with peers and district partners to maximize impact across the territory. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geography.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, particularly prescribers in women’s health, through consistent and effective engagement.
  • Deliver persuasive, science-based product presentations that educate and influence prescribing decisions.
  • Analyze market trends and territory data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with district partners and internal teams to align strategies and maximize territory results.
  • Proactively develop new prescriber relationships while strengthening existing customer partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Maintain a structured and organized sales process to drive efficient decision-making and territory progression.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–2+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales with a focus on women’s health.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to sales strategy.
  • High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all business interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a field-based territory independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; willingness to travel frequently.
