Accountabilities

In this role, you will support operational teams by providing analytical insights, reporting, and subject matter expertise across Medicaid, SNAP, and CEV programs, helping improve efficiency, compliance, and service quality.

  • Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across eligibility and public assistance workflows
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Medicaid eligibility verification, SNAP, and related operational processes
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and operational documentation to support decision-making
  • Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend actionable process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow optimization, automation, and service delivery enhancements
  • Support compliance monitoring and ensure alignment with Medicaid and SNAP program requirements
  • Participate in operational reviews and contribute insights during client and stakeholder discussions
  • Translate data findings into clear recommendations that improve program outcomes and operational performance
Requirements

This role requires strong analytical expertise, operational knowledge of public assistance programs, and the ability to interpret data and processes within complex healthcare and eligibility environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, Medicaid, SNAP, CEV, or related public assistance program environments
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, verification, and operational workflows
  • Knowledge of SNAP programs and eligibility processes preferred
  • Proven experience analyzing operational data and producing actionable insights
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting or data visualization tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced operational environments preferred
