Talent Acquisition Partner

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in United States.

This role is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment position within a fast-moving, globally distributed SaaS environment where hiring quality directly shapes company growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define roles, build structured hiring processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across multiple regions, including the US, UK, and Australia. The position blends strategic talent advisory with operational execution, requiring both strong sourcing capabilities and thoughtful stakeholder management. You will play a key role in shaping how the organization attracts, assesses, and hires talent, while also contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline development. Working with high autonomy, you will help improve hiring practices, introduce consistency, and ensure data-driven decision-making across recruitment. This is a highly impactful role where every hire matters and where recruitment directly influences business success.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake and sourcing through to offer and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and align on hiring strategies
  • Source and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and talent mapping
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across multiple functions and geographies
  • Conduct screening and coordinate interviews while ensuring a structured and consistent hiring process
  • Improve hiring workflows, including job descriptions, interview guides, assessments, and debrief frameworks
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, candidate evaluation, and decision-making practices
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback at every stage
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
  • Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring processes
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including job ads, outreach messaging, and candidate-facing content
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones to support international hiring needs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment within SaaS or tech scale-up environments
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and functions
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders in structured hiring processes
  • Solid understanding of structured recruitment frameworks, including scorecards, interview guides, and assessments
  • Familiarity with fair hiring practices and inclusive recruitment principles
  • Strong judgment in evaluating talent beyond keywords and CVs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including job ad and outreach writing
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing hiring processes
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, global environment
  • Experience working with employer branding or candidate experience initiatives is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with hiring across multiple regions (US, UK, Australia) is highly desirable
  • Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and recruitment workflows
Benefits:
  • Remote-first working environment
  • 4 weeks of paid annual leave (pro-rata for part-time employees)
  • Paid public/bank holidays
  • 2 weeks of paid sick leave (pro-rata for part-time employees)
  • Paid parental leave (pro-rata)
  • Company-provided laptop
  • Monthly internet reimbursement/allowance
  • Home office setup allowance
  • Annual learning and development budget
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and globally distributed team culture
