WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Sales and Events Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and guest-focused individual to drive our sales efforts and help bring events to life! This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys both the planning side of events along with working as part of the banquet team that executes events.
- Respond to event and group inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Execute preparing group proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- Coordinate event details with clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Implement sales efforts, including soliciting new business and selling meeting space
- Lead site tours and help convert leads into booked business
- Ensure event details are communicated clearly to internal teams
- Ensure smooth event flow and guest experience
- Step in to support preparation and service of events
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including on weekends and holidays
