Job Description: Endorse Infinity is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various corporate events, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed expectations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about event management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, including conferences, meetings, and corporate gatherings.
• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Create and maintain event documentation, including schedules, budgets, and attendee lists.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the Events Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
