AL - Maintenance Supervisor in Orlando, Florida at Orlando Senior Health Network

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises and coordinates the maintenance of the facility building and equipment. Ensures that that facility meets or exceeds state and federal regulatory standards and requirements. Keeps Director of Environmental Services informed of all problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Performs routine maintenance and repairs required to keep the building and equipment in good working order.

§ Maintains and/or repairs the following: plumbing, heating and air conditioning, refrigerators, washers and dryers, emergency power generators, other mechanical/electrical equipment, carpentry, furniture, equipment, and routine concrete and masonry repairs.

§ Orders supplies and signs delivery slips; unloads delivery trucks when needed.

§ Keeps work area neat and practices safe work techniques.

§ In absence of director, assumes administrative authority and responsibility of directing maintenance staff.

§ Performs other duties as assigned.
