POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Director leads the full operations of a Branch location — driving performance, growth, compliance, and an exceptional care experience for every Client and Caregiver we serve.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll own and lead as a: Executive Director -
• Lead full Branch operations — driving performance, compliance, and accountability across all staff and functions
• Coach and develop Branch staff through day-to-day leadership, feedback, and accountability conversations
• Drive growth by building relationships with Clients, families, referral partners, and the broader community
• Oversee Caregiver scheduling to ensure full Client coverage and consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement improvements across the Branch
• Lead Client onboarding, service planning, and the overall care experience from start to finish
• Ensure accuracy in authorizations, billing, and shift reconciliation to support Branch financial performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, Caregivers, and partners — ensuring timely, professional communication
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or Branch-level management preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building accountable, high-performing teams
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping
• Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered, service-first approach
• Results-driven and self-managed — able to handle multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial literacy with experience in billing, authorizations, or budget management a plus
• Committed to regulatory compliance, HIPAA standards, and licensing requirements
• Experience in assisted living, in-home care, or multi-function operational leadership a strong bonus

Requirements:- Proactive, solution-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and works independently

- Strong project management skills — strategic, organized, and intuitive

- Exercises sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with a variety of software and devices

- Strong commitment to compliance, including knowledge of HIPAA best practices for handling PHI
- Administrative experience in a related specialty such as accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, sales, marketing, business development, staffing, recruiting, care coordination, compliance, office or business management, human resources, or operations
- Background in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or in-home care
