Job Description
As the Channel Partner, you will work closely with our vendor partners to enhance customer service by leveraging their partner's expertise and resources. Candidate is responsible for successfully owning and establishing channel partnerships, driving revenue and increasing the customer base in new or existing segments. The Channel Partner develops and maintains strategies, tools, and processes to win and expand relationships within the target market and working with our vendor partners.
In this role, you will utilize your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain successful partnerships with our vendor partners. You will also use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize our partner programs. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and onboard new partners, ensure alignment and maximize partner performance, as well as manage and grow existing partnerships. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase revenue, expand our partner network, and drive customer acquisition through our vendor partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our vendor partners
- Identify and onboard new partners, as well as manage and grow existing partnerships
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner performance
- Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner programs
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our vendor partner program
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through alliances
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time
- Experience in the Professional and Managed Services industry preferred
