The Role

We're looking for a full-time Health & Life Sciences Paralegal to support our attorneys across both litigation and transactional matters in the health and life sciences space, from regulatory disputes and administrative hearings to healthcare business transactions and licensing filings. You'll work directly on real casework from day one, not just administrative support, in a fast-paced, document-heavy practice.

What You'll Do

Conduct legal and regulatory research on federal and state healthcare laws, licensing board procedures, and administrative rules, flagging relevant changes as they ariseDraft litigation documents, transactional agreements, correspondence, memos, and case summaries for attorney reviewPrepare and submit regulatory filings, licensing applications, and transaction closing documentsOrganize and maintain case and matter files, and track deadlines, board responses, and submissionsSupport attorneys in managing document-intensive litigation and transaction workflows and calendaring
