Responsibilities
- Build Features & APIs: Design and build robust features, services, and APIs that power our applications.
- Own Application Quality: Build and maintain high-quality features, holding a high bar for craftsmanship and reliability.
- Drive System Improvements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and take ownership of initiatives that improve application performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and bring the best of them into our stack.
- Ensure Reliability: Own the security, stability, and scalability of the services you build, holding them to a high standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years focused on React and Node.
- Proven experience building applications that manage complex workflows, such as ERPs.
- Deep experience implementing and maintaining state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
- Strong command of server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, with hands-on experience across SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid grounding in test-driven development (TDD).
